Not working from last days

I am using Airtel DTH service from last 10 days and I am very sorry to say that your dth service is very pathetic. I have tried to contact many times to your customer care executive but they always gave me excuses.

From yesterday I tried to call Manpreet Mobile no. 8416992172, but he is not picking up his mobile. Is this service you are providing. I am very sorry I dont want your service anymore. Kindly refund my money back asap and pick the bos from my house.
