Unauthorised charging

My dth account no (Customer ID) is3001892877. Of late Airtel has started debiting PPV charges for movies. In one day they charged about 12 movies. On other occassion they charged for 8 movies and so on and so forth. After you talk to them they reverse the charges. If you are not altert and not monitoring your balance every day then you are gone and money will be stolen by Air Tel. I am facing this problem for 1 month. My all efforts to get the things sorted out has fallen to deaf ear. Airtel does not even bother to reply to complaints made through mail. IVRS system does not give option to speak to Customer Service Agent through registered telephone. even if you are able to speak to Customer Service Agent, (through a different phone) phone is disconnected between the discussions.

After all my expeerience with Airtel is horrible. In my opinion no one should opt for Airtel digital tv connection.
