Airtel DTH
No Service from 7 Jan evening Till 9 Jan night

Issue: No Service from 7 Jan evening Till 9 Jan night.

I have installed the Airtel DTH after discarding out the stable TataSky / DisthTV.

Got the same reply "Things will be sorted out in 4 hours time" after making repeated queries to the Customer Care from friday 7 Jan onwards.

It is very disheartening to say that a company like Airtel took more than 48 hours to solve the issue (Called Technical Problem as per Customer Care) and i suppose this is not the first time that Airtel is facint this type of problem, in earlier also similar type of problem faced by Airtel.

Very Painful experience on my part.
