AIR TEL DTH AMMOUNT DEDUCTION BY HIGH VALUE CHANNEL ACTVATION

Dear Sir,
I am using Airtel dish service. I have recharged 810 Rs in 18 December. Company informed me your service till valid 16 May by SMS. Air tel customer care also believed me your account till valid 16 May.
But when date 08-01 I check my account then validity show 23 April. I thing airtel management activate upgrade package 160 in place of Rs. 138. Company customer care said “Rs 160 package activation is correct, first customer care who is informed validity till 16 may is wrong).
Besides of this, I have sent many requested to company help me to create web account. Because AIRTEL DTH server always show errors try again later. Airtel DTH not provides my account information on web page.
I thing company management are doing fraud with me in white day by self upgrading channel package and not providing web service. I thing it is case of economic robbery and it should be challenged in court.
At least I request you refund my amount that is deducted (22 rupees) and provide validity till 16 May according first SMS information, web service and never activate other package without my written permission (without in 138 RS cartoon network) in two days other wise I will take up necessary action as will as possible.
I hope my matter will be viewing by concern department and give me suitable answer.
