Airtel DTH HD STB Box Hangs

I had first logged a call with Airtel Customer Care on 8th March' 2011. Its been 16 days now, no resolution. My Airtel HD STB Box hangs every hour or so, no fix even after 5-6 hours on call. Connection ID: 3003065771. Manish.

I am really fedup with Airtel service now. They simply close my tickets without fixing it, which is even more frustrating. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Note: Im thinking of Switching to TataSky in April'11. Im paying Airtel Rs 650/- for 3 connections, now I think its not worth. I was Airtel loyal customer in Broadband too, and was very happy with their service, which is why I chose to buy Airtel even if it was expensive at that time. Now I am repenting.
