PROBLEM IN AIRTEL SERVICE

i am anirban paul, i from jamshedpur, jharkhand, my airtel dth id is 3001797433,

last two days, there is no signal from airtel dth, which is coming to our tv, we are using airtel last 2 year, we are always facing this kind of problem, now i am going to tell you the reason, two days ago, two person are coming from airtel dth, thjey remove th eold connection and put the new setup box, now the problem is that its NOT WORKING PROPERLY, whenever we trying to open the TV ITS SHOWS THE ERROR CALLED there is a PROBLEM OF INSTALLATION...

THE ERROR CODE IS SM2

"WE NOT ABLE TO SEE ANY CRICKET MATCH ON LAST NIGHT, NOW IF THE SITUATION ARE GOING LIKE THIS, THE DAY IS NOT SO FAR, WE ARE REMOVE THE AIRTEL DTH, AND SET UP A NEW CONNECTION,

B-COZ IN THE CURRENT MARKET THERE IS LOTS CONNECTION ARE AVAILABLE LIKE AIRTEL DTH
