Very Bad Customer care service

I am facing problem from today 1 PM. (error code: SM2), actually even worse. After many calls i am not able to reach to any Customer care executive. So I can at least got a help from them. Every time once i reach to customer care voice after several hurdle of key pressing and getting disconnected from their side.
