Airtel DTH
Poor service

I had applied for shifting of my DTH connection on 2nd April. I was informed that on 2rd april, a person would come and disconnect from the current address and then it can be installed at the new address

inspite of repeated calls, no one came to un install the same. i had to uninstall the same myself

now inspite of repeated calls to artel and atleast three complaints on their website, no one is coming to install the same.

the call centre number gets disconnected after they subject you to long hold times. not sure what to do now. am stuck with airtel for one year package. extremely pathetic service
