NON INSTALLATION

I have booked Airtel Dish TV connection on 21.04.2011 by paying Rs.3590/- at Hyderabad with Receipt No 26008 for installation at Nellore. The connection was booked after Ms Mumtaz of their Call Centre advised to pay at Hyderabad. Installation was promised next day itself, but till date it has not been done. I contacted their call centre many times and they listen to everything and disconnect the call. Ms Mumtaz never comes on line, even when we request others at call centre. I am in a very hopeless situation and I may have to send Legal notice to Airtel in this connection. My telephone no is 9441237150.
