Airtel DTH
Refund issue

I requested for new Airtel digital connection and got connection in a day. Airtel DTH also debited amount from my A/C on the same day. I have got the customer id 3007575871. When engineer came then he said that can not put DTH because of some satelite issues. I immediate request for disconnection but did not get my amount credited since last one month. When do I call Airtel customer care then first thing able to get connected with the Agent in half an hour and then they say it will be credited very soon. Somehow, I find the Airtel DTH commitment level and service level is very bad and the right word would be pathetic.

I am not sure when will I get my amount back.
