Airtel DTH
No response from customer care

I am using the highest charged pack of Airtel DTH. I am facing problems while watchin the channels. I am not able to see most of the channels like MT, ZOOM, Colors, few news channels..and many more. I tried reaching the customer care on 12150 but I was never answered. I was asked to send a message as "Help" to 54325 and I did that for 4 times. I got message that "the customer service agent will contact me soon" I have not receved any communication yet. I am using all possible services of Airtel phone, landline, DTH and Broadnband. Till date this was a trusted brand for me. Now it has changed my view.
