Hopeless service by airtel

I have Airtel DTH connection since one year. I had recently changed my home location in the same city . 2 weeks back i had booked re installation request and they gave maximum time of 5 days that engineers will be there for reinstallation, but there was no response. Till now i had called them for more than 15times and they do false promises and keep on extending the given time.

There is no proper customer service at all. Airtel service is HOPELESS and FALSE. There system is also not updated.
