He worst service is being provided by the company. My complaint no 8169936 and after that so many calls being made to the customer service and authorisied dealer in howrah are being kept pending for days altogether. the first complaint lodged on 18may 11 assured that complaint will be resolved by 19 the may. On nonresolving complaint got relodged on 20 may with an assured resolving by 10.30am. again complained and not resolved till now.

the system not to be purchased by any one. none will help in the resolving of problem.

the complete management to be blamed for not managing the system after strating the service in a brader perspective.

i will be filing case againist airtel for the poor service and discontinuation in service even after lodging complaints.
