A la cart pack not activated even after several follow ups

I had requested for change of package on sunday 22nd may. I changed my package to "A la carta pack" using airtel dth website. After request submission I got message it will be changed within 24 hours, but it was not changed. So I called customer care and they told me they will change it. The service request number was 8259339. Next day I got SMS that my issue has been fixed. I checked and I found only free to Air channels are visible (ie DD channels). I called again customer care and told them I don't see any of the channel I selected in "A la carta pack" they told me they can't solve my problem and directed me to send an email about the issue to digitalTV@airtel.in.
I sent email three emails in two days but there was no response. I'm getting blank calls from 9650001020 which I pick up and no one speaks.
Today 25th May time 1:30 PM and still i have not received any message or call to resolve the issue.
Please try to resolve my problem.
