CHARGING FOR SATELLITE CHANGE

Airtel service centre in Dehradun is taking undue charges for DISH ALINGNMENT which is done on their part due to switching over to another satellite. My customer id. is 3004772748.After every few days I am being asked to Pay Rs.100 as visiting charges by their employees for changing the direction of Dish. Still I am not receiving signals on my TV.
