I baught airtel dth in april

my reg mob no is 9021418151

had complaint on 28'th may to the customer care that my set of box is unable to receive signals. and they sad that they will send an technician on that day till 3.15 pm

but the technician din't come on that day and one of the technician for the airtel dth phoned me an said tht he will visit on the next day at 10 am . whn i phoned him he said hell come on pm and this how they just tried to egnore me? whn i call him then tey said that u r not in our service area . they give me another no. to call on land line no whn i call the customer car was not talking properly an said if the technician is availabe i will send otherwise on the nxt day .and i told thm that this how u give service i will not use airtel dth?
