Airtel DTH
All at auto set unable to get my drievance solved

I am a deaf man. I have got Airtel dth 3004968158. I obtained north new value pack but i found south pack was much better. I tried several times to get in touch wih air tel I was not successful as the comany's replies are all preset to auto and nothing can be followed by me. No mannual contact was ever made by them. After emailing them several times too I got auto replies stating that they will reply me soon. But even now they didnt care to revert to me seeking personal grievance. I think that I have to wait till their contract period of one year is over so that they will or may approach me for renewal where I may blast them for their behaviour upon their conduct and do away with thier connection. Several requests made to them to attend me personally were not heeded and also their regional office details are not available for attending them in person. They do not follow the pattern of Tata sky who change the plan and adjust the view period for adding additional channels or changing to new upper plans.
