Misbehaviour of call centre staff

My name is Varun Khanna. I live in Moradabad (U.P). I have an Airtel DTH connection. I called at the Airtel customer care number 1800 102 8080 on 4th June at 2.41 pm regarding upgrading the ultra package.

I spoke to a girl called SNEHA YADAV. Her way of talking was rude, non-cooperating and insulting. She is first of all not aware of the packages and channels that Airtel is offering. Secondly, she is not providing complete information about the packages and is unwilling to help the customers. She does not deserve to work as due to her behaviour Airtel must have already lost lot of customers and will continue losing in future. I want Airtel to take strict action against her.
