COMPLAIN NOT ATTENDED AND STB NOT YET REPLACED

Dear Sir,

Myself one of your customers having customer ID-3002668311.On monday (6th june) my set-up box went out of order. Then immediately I lodged a complain and fortunately the engineer came and confirmed that the box is out of oredr and has to be replaced. Then I told them to replace the box then it was being told that no stock is available. Let the stock arrives then only it can be replaced. My complain is not against the dealer nor the engineer but against the service provider that is AIRTEL. Its very unfortunate that a service provider like AIRTEL doesn't ve a spare set-up box to provide service to the customer. Its absolutely rediculous that for last 3days I am waiting for a box to be replaced with. This is the type of service Airtel is providing.

Even after a week time has elapsed the service provider is yet to respond to the problem. The callousness of the staffs concerned is very much now make out from the apathetic response to the sufferring of a consumer. The nodal officer of the state has also turned blind to the situation and is just a golden zero having a designation of so called "NODAL OFFICER, ORISSA" and literally has not yet taken any concrete step to resolve my issue.

Upon talking to the ASM of the Dist. Mr. Ajay Choudhury he is also ingorant of the matter and expressed his surprise to know that the issue is still open and not yet resolved. Further he directed me to talk to the dealer concerned and on having conversation with the dealer I was given an as usual reply that we have no spare STB to replace and as soon as we receive the same we will do it. But the question is when??? and its a million dollar question for a consumer like me and may be for many more... I request to the authorities and give a message to the general public that this is our system and even many Anna Hazare aur Baba Ramdev go for hunger strikes its not going to make any diff to prevailing system of our country and and unfortunately we are part of it, where everyday we are cheated and subjected to mental agony.
