Hi all,
I have been calling Airtel customercare daily for the last 12 days to arrange a technician since I am getting only 2 channels on my system. Whenever i call the customercare for assistance, all i get is a new complain no and assurance of a technician on the following day. I am really sick of the airtel policy of pushing things on the next day when the technician can be arranged on the same day as well. My T.V has become a wall unit these days and the airtel antenna on top a rain water collecting bucket. I am so displeased with the services of airtel that i am on the verge of negotiating a Tata connecting in lieu of the airtel. All i ask for is good and honest service. Hoping the airtel guys get a move on and rectify my connection.
