Hi,
my customer id is 3006616091.
I have raised a complaint, by calling 12150, last saturday where I mentioned that dth connection is not working. It's saying 'No signal' and errorcode B001.There is no recharge issue. I was told that a technician would come and gave me following number to contact :8106785353.I contacted at this number and was told that technician would come. The whole week has passed and he didn't come. He contacted me last monday & tuesday, and I told him to come before 9:00a.m or after 6:30pm. He said he will come. But He never came. Today I contacted again at the number from which technican called me before: 8106785656.I was told to again contact call center and then he will come. I contacted call cente and was told that the technician has reported that I was not available & that's why the issue has not been solved! This is such a big lie! He contacted me and I told him to come. I raised a second complaint and number is: 6701452.I again contacted them and they told me to contact at a diferent number: 8106785656.But he didn't come even today! This is so pathetic and so unprofessional.
I am being harassed by making me to call at so many numbers and technician is still not coming! Why do I need to call so many numbers so many times and still technician would not come. Could you please send a technician soon!!! This is really bad.
