Hi,

From friday i m continuesly but customer call center guys are not responding, i gave call atleast 10 time and explain the same to each agent, but no solution provided for my problem. Every time they told with in some time engineer will call you and fix. Finally i told to disconnect my connection. I don't want to use service any more.

Problem was wire broke from conneector, airtel engineer came to my place and he asked 350 100 (service charge), that is not acceptable.

Here i want to name few agents who i talked Soni Morya (TL), Rinki, Imran, Sridhar, PrathviRaj.
