Take Back ur DTH

Hi,

I purchaged a Airtel DTH DVR in Jan for Rs. 5000. My customer ID # 3006775971 & Mobile # 9313643582. I paid for HD box, but it is standered one. this box is faulty also hangs, after every 20 mins. Airtel refused me to change the box for HD. Airtel is asking me again to pay Rs.5000 for HD . now i want 2 give it to back, i m fedup with this box. Ilogeded a same comlaint before few days but they didnot care.
