My customer ID is 3004823298. My mobile no. is 9839069687.I have a full HD set top box.

1. I registered my complaint for video problem on 27.04.11 complaint no. 7410841.The engineer came to my house and said that the HDMI cable was at fault and need to be replaced. After 3 days of continuos telephoning at your kanpur center another engineer Mr. mohit came and said that the fault was not with the cable but with the set top box. My set was under 1 year of guarantee period. On repeated request the executive at kanpur service center Mr. Amit gupta said that the replacement set was not available.

2. On repeated persuasion a set top box was replaced By Mr. yadav that too a previously repaired one.

3. From that very date we stopped receiving audio. I again complained with customer care and got problem no. 9757552.Mr. mohit came and said that there was a problem with HDMI cable after 6-7 days he brought a new cable and checked it. The problem was unresolved and his conclusion was that the replaced set top box was at fault.

4. I again complained and got a new complaint no.10216724.After talking with Mr. amit gupta he convinced me that the problem would be resolved after 48 hrs. When I called him Today He picked up the phone and cut it in the midst of the conversation, he did not receive my phone after that and on repeated calls Mr.shobhit picked up the phone and said that Mr. amit will not talk with you as he is busy.

5. After calling customer care and talking with Mr. abhishek a message was given to me that set top were not currently available.

6. A set top box was replaced after consulting Mr. gaurav. But the new set top box was again a faulty one as confirmed by Mr. Rajesh from Lucknow. Now in this whole time my one year period has lapsed. But my problem has not been corrected from past 3 mth. Now extra money is being asked from me. Why should I pay extra amount since my request is pending from past so long and has not been rectified till date. What is the guarantee that the new set top box will not be a faulty one like the previous 3 boxes.

The whole thing is there from past 3 months. I am not able to view my television although the amount is being deducted from my account daily.

I considered airtel to be a good company so I opted for you, but this is the response I have got From Your engineers at Kanpur. Is your insenstivity and lack of accountability explainable on any grounds.

I am highly dissatisfied as Airtel people have tested my patience to the limits and not a single correct set top box is installed at my place.
