Virti Infocom and Airtel Cheats Custome

On 27th Aug 11, wanted to take Airtel DTH HD connection. So i went to www.airtel.in and booked my name and phone number. After an hour a guy called me from Virti Infocom company. Charged me Rs 2650. He came in person the same day and collected the money, promised me the installation next day (28th Aug 11). But no one turned up next day. The Noida phone number which they mentioned in the receipt was out of service. I got another Delhi number and called them. They told me some server issue and took another day for creating my user ID (3008680010). Y'day i called them and they told me that Rs 1000 had been credited to my account and the local dealer who is responsible for installation is "Global Solutions, Chennai". Today morning i called Airtel customer care to complaint about non-installation of my DTH connection. But they refused to accept my complaint as it is through their dealer. Wondering how come a connection registered through their website, but they are not ready to take responsibility. This is a CHEATING by Airtel. Later i called my local Installation guy. To my horror, they told me the installation charge Rs 1640 (they call it as welcome kit) was not deposited in my account. Unless it is credited they won't come for installation. Again i called VIRTI INFOCOM and they said there was server issue and credited the amount. Today they promised installation by this evening.

Problems are

1. Just imagine, i called 20 times the Delhi number. Everytime a new guy picks up the phone and they listen to my complaint and they promise me to call me back in 10 minutes. But they never called me.

2. If at all i don't call them they NEVER update their database.

3. Through Airtel website we book connection, just to get a better service. But they simply reject accepting my complaint. They have to take action against their dealers and they have to take responsibility.

4. Worst is Airtel customer guy gave me a number. But those numbers were out of service. That is their accuracy of the database.

5. I made many calls just to get a local installation person's phone number. This is pathetic service frrom Airtel.

So AVOID AIRTEL DTH CONNECTION.
