Airtel DTH
Service not activated after installation

Dear Sir,

My customer id is 3008658190.

My connection is purchased online through snapdeal.com. Installation has been done on Saturday August 27, its already been 5 days still my connection is not activated. When i call customer care, they redirect my call to someone else or disconnect the call. I am also getting calls from number 9650001020 but after i pick up the call no one speaks from the other end. After some google search, I came to know that its of Airtel DTH number.

Please activate my connection and resolve my issues. Otherwise i will have to file a complaint and return the DTH connection.
