STB Issue

Hi,

I have raised 3 Complaints SR, 3 delay in resolution & 2 wrong resolution complaints but my problem in not yet resolved, detail is as follows:

1.Complin SR No. 11323780- Date 26/08 which was closed without giving any resolution

2. Again Complain raised as wrong resolution SR No. 11402115 on 29/08... result SR closed without resolution again.

3. Wrong Resolution SR no. 11474737 on 31/08... result no response from Airtel

4. Two delay in resolution complain raised on 03/09 with request no. 11546127 & 11568605 ..

5. Fresh SR no. 11698316 dated 08/09/11

5. Delay in resolution SR no. 11738299 dated 09.09.11

6. SR no. 11772713 dated 10.09.11

Still numnber is counting... but there is no resolution by Airtel
