Neglecting reinstallation since 6 months

Airtel dish tv Cust id:3005102241, i have been trying to get reinstallation of my airtel dish tv by approaching their customer care service since 6 months. They told me to recharge then only we can help you in reinstallation. So i did it. But My money and time was lost there is no service from aitel dish tv. Pls do needful.
