Airtel cheats people on online dth purchase

I applied for a new airtel dth connection online on dated 03 Oct by giving details on airtel website. On next day i received a call from vriti infocom sirvices pvt ltd and they asked me for make the payment and promised that they will install set top box in next 48 hours. Then i had made a payment of Rs 3200 and they gave me a reference no. 4027403 dated on 04 Oct But still today 10 Oct no response from another side. Whenever i tries to call airtel customer care they rejects my call with saying please contect to viriti infocom. i have made so many emails on vriti infocom site but they didnt respond. Please somebody tell me the procedure to make complaint in consumer courtmy details is given below
