We have been following up with the dealer in Jagatsinghpur for replacement of Setop box but the dealer is playing cat and mouse game about replacing the same. It was once replaced with a faulty set and when asked by the repair mechanic to replace it for the 2nd time, the dealer is saying he cannot send one because it is raining.
Such unprofessionalism and clever acts should be abolished from the business. Hope my setop box gets repaired in this lifetime.
The issue is under complaint since October BUT YET TO GET A SOLUTION FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICES .
