POOR SERVICE

We are using airtel DTH due to some problem in set of box we registered compliant on jan month they sorted out the problem after 8 days that to with continuous follow-up,

Again the same problem occur again we register a compliant on 22/2 request number - 16429728 no development then again we register they provided another request no - 16456721 dt 23/2 same day they send message saying that request no - 16456721 regarding STB issues for your airtel digital TV cust ID 3007839621 has been resolved but still compliant solved.

We spend lot money to make a call and since it's pre-paid without watching TV that money has detected automatically.
