No Connection/Installation of DTH

I paid Rs.4780.00 on 1st March for 2 new DTH connections.

I was promised as per your company rules to be installed within 24-48 hours.

I received SMS with my customer id and the date of installation, 6th March @ 9:00. but nobody turned up till now and nobody bothered to inquire about the installation.

It is about a week now since I paid the amount.

I sent 3 emails to from the company’s url, I get the same standard response, nothing convincing.

I spoke to many of company customer reps, who have no clue how to resolve this issue.
