I HAD ORDERED FOR AN ADDITIONAL SET TOP BOX FOR AIRTEL DTH. I used the website, they called back in 2 seconds, I gave a request and a person came and collected Rs. 1190 from me. I was told that the connection will happen in 48 hours. It is more than a week now and I have no response from Airtel.. When i call the customer service they say somebody will call back in 45 minutes, but nobody calls back. I have contacted them almost 10 times. The company name is Shell Transourse in Bombay.. A reputed establishment like Airtel should not be putting the common man in trouble. Please return my money back immediately. Please request all citizens planning to use Airtel DTH to be very cautious before paying the money.
