Dear sir

i purchase an add on connection on 13th march. but niether any call nor any confirmation has been received by me for the installation of set boxes. i peven purchased it through airtel's ivr portal and was promissed installation the next day. but everyday i call them and they say it will be done today but that 'today' has not come yet.
