Not activating the DTH connection even after payment

I have an existing Airtel DTH connection at my house. I made a payment for an additional connection for the 2nd TV on 2nd April. I was promised that after the payment i will get the installation done in 1-2 days. It has been over 16 days now and nobody has come for the installation. I have called the customer care number 12148 about 25-30 times and everytime i get the same response that somebody will call you for the installation but nobody is showing up. Even after dropping 4-5 mails to DigitalTV@in.airtel.com, i get the same response that it will be installed asap but nothing is happening. It is really frustating to call them again and again and still not able to get things going.
