I Booked New Airtel HD Recorder connection online on 13.05.2012

For that I paid Rs.5690

At the time of purchase the Gentleman told that you will get your connection within 5 Days

On 18.05.2012 I Received a SMS from Airtel

which states that your Airtel ID is 3010342892

After that there is no contact from airtel

Till Date I am not able to get my new connection (No Installation)

I made several calls to customer care

All of the time they assured me your problem will resolved within 24 Hrs.

So I decided to cancel my order and get my money back

Someone please tell me the Procedure please.
