Cheating with Customer about Binus Recharge

I have Airtel DTH Connection since long time but I have faced very bad experiance from one of the Best DTH i.e Airtel. On 15th June I have recharged my Airtel DTH account with 310 Rs. but Company has not given me Bonus 15 Rs.

As per discussion with them, My Account is suspended but I have seen that My All Channels are working fine.

AIrtel is doing advertisement for Bonus on early Recharge but they are not giving Bonus on early recharge.
