I have bought an Airtel Digital connection for my TV on 21/06 from Great Eastern Trading Co. (Baguihati, Kolkata), Order No. 2114979, VAT No. 19451500017, Tax Cash Memo No :19/1213/02755 . The Airtel personnel came and installed the dish and set-top box and they got full payment but there is no signal from the set-top box. I called them repeatedly and they told me that they will come my home and fix the problem but no one came. For the last two days they also not receiving my phone call. when I am trying to connect customer care help line of Airtel, it's not connecting and no one is answering. After the installation of the set-top box I got no signal ever. I bought this from a TV shop but they are not taking any responsibility because it's the matter of Airtel company.
