Airtel DTH
Requset for refund

Dear Sir,

I have paid the amount (Rs. 1199/-) by cash to an executive from Vertex Customer Solutions India Private Limited on 19-Jun. He said the installation will be done with in 48 hours. But I have not got any call for the same. So I have called the execute to whom I have paid and asked for installation then he said he is working for Reliance DTH not for Airtel DTH.

I have complained many times by calling 12148 and send many mails to "Airtel.prospect@vertexgroup.co.in " to resolve this issue.

Please help me out to refund my money.
