Reducing the Annual Validity

Dear sir,

I would like to bring the following to your kind notice. I have subscribed south economy sports plan for one year and my validity gets over by 30th June. I noticed that nowadays they are deducting some amount from my existing balance. Please take necessary steps to resolve this problems as early as possible and my customer id is 3000264789. I have already represented this problem to customer care many times and I couldn't get proper response. This is for your kind information.
