Airtel DTH
NO INSTALLATION

I booked a new connection for Airtel DTH on 11 July with order no 106727 and till date no response from Airtel. Called customer care for 15 times and was kept on hold for 20 min almost 5 times. No proper response from any one of them or their superiors all they say is " someone will call you in 1 hr and resolve issue" but nothing happens. Very bad experience!!
