Airtel DTH
No Refund

HI,

I buy Airetel HD connection before 1 month, because of Airtel was not allowed at my place. I returned it without installation. Then I called up customer care and he said to mail it to deepak soni for refund within a week. But already 1 month has gone but i did not received any answer from deepak soni or my refund. Every time customer care executives gives different answers. 1 CCE told me to mail to Rupesh Dutta. But still i did not get any revert.

Pls help me to get my refund.
