Airtel DTH Connection
Technical problem in vedio

Dear Sir,

We have taken the DTH HD connection in the month of April. We have booked the online connection, the site promised the installation in 48 hrs but the connection got installed in 7 days. Then we have got the vedio problem and since 4 days have passed no body has even bordered to repair it and if you call customer care they either cut the phone or put on hold. Please can you help us to get the refund back and please help the people not take to use the service.
