Airtel DTH Connection
DTH connection not installed

I have made a online payment of Rs. 1590/- for installation of Airtel DTH at my home in Visakhapatnam on 23.11.2010 and was told that installation will be done within 24 hrs by airtel person (noida office). My booking reference is 2981002. Now 4 days have passed and installation has not been done and their representative Mr. harman, bharti, sanjay whose contact number is 91-9958877676, office no 011204087658 does not receive our calls and whenever they pick, give false promises. This is highly unprofessional attitude causing monetary as well as mental trauma to me. I would like strict action to be taken against these people so that they don't ill treat any future customers like they are treating us. I also want to know what hard action i can take aganist airtel
