Airtel DTH - HD
No Installation

On 24th June I gave contact details at Airtel site for DTH (HD) connection and then I got call & emal from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd and asked to me to do payment of 3090/- for the same offer and said I will get connection within 24 hours.

On 25th June a cash collection boy came to my residence at Guduvancheri and told me that the connection will be installed next day. On 29th June I have been informed about my Customer ID No.3008281419 for future reference and assure me connection will be installed. But despite of calling again and again on several numbers no body is responding and Airtel DTH yet not installed.

Once I made payment, since then I didnt get any call or response from them. I tried to call on following numbers 12148, 12150, 044-32018860 and no response till now.
