Sub:-Disappointed with the services.

My name is Paras and my ID is 3000360565 I have two connections with this ID.For the past couple of months I ‘am facing a lot of problem with Airtel satellite setup box, am unable to see any of the music channel, only one news channel is visible, where I have all the music and news channel in my package. Lot of time I have made complains regarding same problem but nothing really happened till date. (15/05/10, 25/05/10)

Kindly advice what to do or else tell me the procedure to surrender the connection.
