Non Attendance of complaint even after calling to Customer care and local Service centre

I have Airtel DTH connection. It's showing NO SINGNAL since 18 July. I was able to lodge complaint after 1 Hr continuously calling on CC no. Atlast at 14:05 I have got complaint No:3332789 and representative promised me it will be attended before 18:00 O'clock same day. But it was not attended, on next day when I have called to local Lucknow Service centre with reference to complaint number they have denied and told me They havn't received this complaint alloted. Local Lucknow centre has also given me Complaint No. B4 for the same but even after 10 number of reminder calls its not been attended.

I am not able to understand How they are managing the services.
