Complaint against airtel dth

airtel dth customer care people is troubling me alot

i am not getting chandana, udaya varthegalu kannada channels i complained them they told due to some satellite problems its happening and remedy is to change the direction of the receiver and they also told that its free of cost but after lodging complaint one fellow called me and he told that he will change the direction of receiver but i should pay him 200 Rs/-

Its not the matter of money but c care people is telling something this fellow is arguing some thing i am really get troubled from these people

that's why i am planning to lodge complaint against them. pls help me
