Dear Sir/ madam

I had purchased an new Airtel DTH service for my home on 3rd of May. I had been instructed to follow IVR instructions on their helpline and make the payment of Rs. 1800 through my credit card. I did so and made the payment of Rs. 1800. they gave me a transaction Id (transaction Id # 8595163), later they called and confirmed my address also. Today 4 days have passed I have not received any calls or communication from them. Neither has the connection been installed. I have made a number of calls to the customer care, but no favorable reply was received. they would put me on hold and then later disconnect the call. Kindly advise and help with the problem.
