Non-connectivity with Customer Care Personnels

I purchased Airtel DTH Set-up Box in Augst. 2010 with validity upto 29-11. I got message from the Co. for recharing my account with Rs.50. I tried time and again to contact their Customer Care Pernonnel over given help line which was futile. I was bewildered how to contact any executive of the Co. for redressal of my quaries. Lastly, I contacted their C.P., New Delhi Centre to get my account recharged under Plan of Rs.145/- with one month's validity. The person recharged the account with 3 coupons of Rs.50/- each with validity for 20 days. When I said that I wanted the 30 days validity, they suggested me to get another recharge of Rs.50/-. By doing so they have extended the validity upto 26-12, which is a foul-play with the consumer. Is there any body to check such malepractices of the DTH Service Providers?
